Where they excelled...1) While other realtors talk about their marketing skills, this team does it better, with techniques ranging from door knocking to outbound cold calls to global internet networks. This was evident with the 2 offers received pre-MLS and the accepted offer received pre-open house. 2) At no point in the process did we feel that this team was working their own agenda, which is the risk of the traditional commission structure. The team had an excellent read on the market and an excellent read on the key features of our house, which saved us big pre-sale renovation investments. 3) Constant communication is critical in the time sensitive process of selling a home in a hot market. The team was always available and in the period where there was no activity, they continued to drop in almost daily to see how we were doing, offer advice, calm jitters, etc. This truly felt like a shared journey. 4) Their ability to reassure us and calm the jitters was excellent. Their professionalism and deep knowledge of their trade was combined with an honest and inherent empathy of the owner's stress during this process.
